Is my deck too far gone?
Often not. If the framing is sound, we can simply replace the boards. We will tell you honestly if a rebuild is the better option.
Do fences need consent?
Fences under 2m generally do not require consent. For anything taller, or where there is a boundary dispute, we will refer you to the relevant council rules first.
